Current role
I lead Knowledge Architecture and Docs Engineering across two Energy Flexibility products at Kraken. The work spans internal, external, developer, and partner knowledge experiences for approximately 300 technical stakeholders across 11 languages, building toward an API/MCP/AI-first knowledge layer designed for human and agent self-service.
Verified outcomes
Senior Technical Author across Ethernet packet processors, RISC-V CPUs, AI semiconductor IP, developer tools and graphics APIs. Redesigning the documentation for one product contributed to a 50% reduction in customer support tickets.
Senior Information Developer & Team Manager delivering large-scale documentation programmes for Ericsson, including structured-content transformation and global delivery. Information-development optimisation generated more than €250,000 in savings.
